Hello! Thank you for choosing me as your stylist. Please read all policies carefully before booking, as booking an appointment confirms your agreement to the terms below.

• Final balance is due CASH ONLY at the start of your appointment

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• No extra guests allowed (please reach out to me prior to your appointment if you need to bring your child).

• No call / no shows = deposit retained + banned from booking .

Late Policy

• 10-minute grace period.

• After 10 minutes, appointment time will be shortened (styling may be forfeited).

• After 15 minutes, appointment will be cancelled and deposit forfeited.

Rescheduling

• Must be done at least 24 hours in advance.

• A new deposit is required; both deposits go toward your service balance.

Coloring services 

• For all custom color services, please book under the Installation Package.

• I only use hair from my personal hair collection for coloring services to ensure quality and consistent results.
